iForming 是金豐機器為沖壓廠打造的智慧製造平台。沖床 PLC、電表、送料機、機械手與 CNC 的資料即時匯集到同一套系統，從全廠機台網格、生產報表到班次達成率，主管不必走到現場，也能掌握每台機台的狀況。
在設備管理上，PHM 以五維健康分數與保養預警，把「壞了再修」變成「照衝次保養」；TPS 呈現 OEE 與六類時間分布，找出浪費；TPM 追蹤 MTBF 與 MTTR，並列出該優先處理的子系統。能源看板以 SEC 基線追蹤每件產品耗電、超標即時通知，碳足跡看板算出各產品的碳排。
使用者可用 96 種元件自組儀表板，也能用一句話問 AI 顧問，甚至請它幫忙排好看板。外部設備連接器支援七大類工業通訊協定；vHMI 把機台 HMI 畫面搬到辦公室，遠端協助時雙方看的是同一個畫面。系統提供十國語言介面，並以 REST API 與 MQTT 對接 MES。
整套系統安裝在客戶自己的伺服器，生產資料留在廠內；連接設備只讀不寫，不會誤動作產線；AI 顧問支援本地模型；帳號可綁定廠區，只看得到自己的廠。iForming 於 2021 年獲得台灣精品獎。
Product Overview
iForming is a smart manufacturing platform built by Chin Fong for metal stamping plants. Data from press PLCs, power meters, feeders, robots and CNC machines flows into one system in real time. From the plant-wide machine grid to production reports and shift achievement rates, managers can follow every machine without walking the shop floor.
For equipment management, PHM combines a five-dimension health score with stroke-based maintenance alerts, moving the plant from repairing machines after they fail to servicing them on schedule. The TPS dashboard shows OEE and a six-category time breakdown to expose waste, while TPM tracks MTBF and MTTR and lists the subsystems that need attention first. The energy dashboard tracks electricity per part against a rolling SEC baseline, sends an alert when a machine exceeds it, and the carbon footprint dashboard calculates emissions for each product.
Users can build their own dashboards from 96 widgets, or ask the iForming AI Advisor a question in plain language and even have it lay out a dashboard for them. The device connector supports seven families of industrial protocols, from Modbus, OPC UA and Siemens S7 to Mitsubishi MC, Allen-Bradley Logix, Omron FINS and FANUC FOCAS, and vHMI brings the press HMI screens to the office, so remote support staff see exactly the same screen as the operator. The interface is available in ten languages, and the system connects to MES through REST APIs and MQTT.
The entire system runs on the customer's own servers, so production data stays inside the plant. Equipment connections are read-only, so the system cannot accidentally trigger machine actions, and the AI Advisor supports locally hosted models. User accounts can be limited to their own plant, and every API call requires a login. iForming won the Taiwan Excellence Award in 2021.
